• Communicate with buyer for next steps and what to expect using customized checklist and templates built for you

  • Review agreement of sale, addendums and other required documents for completion and signatures

  • Obtain any missing signatures

  • Submit transaction file along with all required documents to broker office

  • Ensure escrow is sent to Seller Agent or coordinate opening of escrow (when necessary)

  • Assist buyer with scheduling inspections 

  • Liaison in all communications and coordinations with Seller Agent, Lender, Title Company or Attorney and any other parties involved with transactions
